Who is responsible

What data we handle and why

• Mini-audit: your website address, type of business and email. We use them to measure your site, prepare the report, send it to you and reply.
• Email: if you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.
• Visits: Vercel Web Analytics counts visits anonymously, without cookies or personal data.
• Form protection: when you send the form, Vercel checks that you are not a bot and limits submissions per IP address.

Legal basis

For the mini-audit, your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a). For protecting the form, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

We keep your request, the report and related emails for 6 months from your request, then delete them.

Who else handles it

We do not sell or share your data. Only these providers handle it, on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc.: hosts the site and processes the form.
• Google (Google Workspace): hosts the info@forscorp.es mailbox, where we receive your request.
• Google PageSpeed Insights: receives only your website address, to measure it.
• These providers may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@forscorp.es. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores the light or dark theme you choose.
